Fitup Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fitup fitness center management application ("Service") provided by Fitup ("Company", "we", "us"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to all features provided by Fitup, including member management, class reservations, attendance tracking, coupon management, and community features.

• "User" refers to members, instructors, and managers who use the Service.

• "Store" refers to fitness centers managed through the Service.

• "User-Generated Content" or "UGC" refers to any content posted by users, including community posts, comments, images, and videos.

3. Service Description

Fitup provides the following services:

• Fitness center member management
• Class scheduling and reservations
• QR-based attendance tracking
• Coupon issuance and management
• Community features (posts, comments, likes)
• Push notifications

4. User-Generated Content Policy

4.1 Prohibited Content

Users must NOT post content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene
• Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Harasses, bullies, or threatens other users
• Contains illegal content or promotes illegal activities
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, scams, or misleading information
• Shares personal information of others without consent
• Is defamatory or harmful to others' reputation

4.2 Content Moderation

To ensure a safe community environment:

• Filtering: We employ automated and manual content filtering systems
• Reporting: Users can report objectionable content directly within the app
• Blocking: Users can block other users who exhibit abusive behavior
• Review: All reported content is reviewed by our moderation team

4.3 Reporting Objectionable Content

If you encounter objectionable content or abusive users:

• Tap the "..." menu on any post or profile
• Select "Report" and choose the appropriate reason
• Your report will be reviewed by our team

4.4 Blocking Abusive Users

To protect yourself from abusive users:

• Tap the "..." menu on the user's post or profile
• Select "Block User"
• Blocked users' content will be immediately removed from your feed
• Blocking also notifies our team to review the user's behavior

4.5 Enforcement and Response Time

• Content Removal: Objectionable content will be removed immediately upon verification
• User Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a warning
• Account Suspension: Repeated or serious violations will result in temporary suspension
• Account Termination: Severe violations or repeated offenses will result in permanent account termination

5. In-App Purchases and Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

1. Some features may require payment through Apple App Store or Google Play Store in-app purchases.

Payment and Billing

2. Payment will be charged to your iTunes/Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

3. For auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal at the same price within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• If you cancel during a subscription period, you can continue using the service until the period ends.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscription Management and Cancellation

4. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase.

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Select Fitup → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Select Fitup → Cancel Subscription

Refunds

5. Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies. Refund requests must be made directly through each store.

6. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security of their account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect other users and maintain a positive community environment
• Report any violations or suspicious activity

Users agree NOT to:

• Use another person's information fraudulently
• Interfere with service operations
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Harm others' reputation or cause disadvantage
• Post objectionable, obscene, or illegal content
• Harass, bully, or abuse other users

7. Service Restrictions

We may restrict or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Post objectionable or prohibited content
• Engage in abusive behavior toward other users
• Interfere with normal service operations
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures

8. Disclaimer

1. We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.

2. We are not responsible for service issues caused by user negligence.

3. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of user-posted content.

4. Users are solely responsible for their own content and interactions within the Service.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the Service and become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in our jurisdiction.
